It has a unique pH of 9, matching perfectly the pH of Wella Professionals lightening & color products, enabling optimal lift and penetration of dye molecules while reconstructing bonds simultaneously. No. 2 Bond Stabilizer further strengthens the hair bonds and rebalances the pH factor.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

N°1 BOND MAKER Additive After development time rinse hair thoroughly. Do not shampoo. Towel dry and apply N°2 Bond Stabilizer. N°2 BOND STABILIZER Hair Treatment Apply N°2 Bond Stabilizer (use double the amount of N°1 Bond Maker) from roots to ends and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Shampoo, condition, and style hair as usual. If hair is extremely damaged leave product on for longer (max 20 minutes) before rinsing.
