Order Processing

Shipping only available for Canadian addresses. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, and may take up to 14 business days for remote locations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted on a product or brand page. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please report any shipping damage, errors, or delivery discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Online orders may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, please email sales@oriac.ca, including your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If your refund appears delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us. A 10% restocking fee may apply to non‑defective items or products not returned in original, resalable condition. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping damage or delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Manufacturer defects should be reported within 30 days of the invoice date to be assessed for replacement where applicable.
