I’ve been a Sam Villa girl for years! I went through 3 of the Light Ionic dryers and literally rode them until the wheels fell off, so it was time for a change! This dryer is a little heavier and a little louder than what Im used to, but I’ll adjust to the weight in no time. What I really love is having the option to turn the ions on or off depending on the hair and results I am trying to achieve. As a stylist who works with different hair types and textures, thats a huge plus for me.
So far, Im very pleased with my purchase and happy I stayed with Sam Villa!!!

I most love THIS dryer because of the ionic controls. Most dryers do not give you the option to turn on for hair that needs more polished & shine vs. off for more voluminous blowouts!

I first purchased this blow dryer a year ago, looking for a light and powerful replacement from what I was using at the time. I absolutely loved it! Dries the hair fast and makes blow outs a breeze. Almost a year into using it I experienced some issues with the dryer, mainly a smell. When I realized it hadn’t been a year and the warranty would soon be up I contacted Sam Villa. I am not usually one to do this as it’s usually more of a pain than I want to deal with. When I tell you that in less than 30 minutes they replied to my email and by that evening I had a prepaid shipping label to return my blow dryer for a free replacement. Amazing! I will absolutely purchase from this company again. I love their products but customer service like this is phenomenal! Well done Sam Villa

It’s heavier than I thought it would be but I love the ability to turn the ion feature on/off. It dries the hair quickly.

I have been a Sam Villa fan for over ten years. I have only had to have the cord replaced on the one I bought ten years ago, and Sam Villa did that for me for a fraction of what a new one would be. My 17 year old daughter wanted that one, so I bought a new Artist Series for myself and it's even better than the one I had. I have had the straightening iron for over ten years too and it works just as good today as it did when I got it.

I actually got a Dyson hairdryer for Chrismas and returned it because it made my hair feel like straw -do NOT buy a Dyson. They are so expensive and don't have near the power that SV does.

I previously had this dryer but the later model and loved it. This new one whines so much and it’s annoying to listen to. It’s not as powerful and just too loud. I want to return it but I don’t have the original box anymore

I’ve been young my Dyson blow dryer but it has been shutting off after 2 1/2 years 🤷‍♀️ then turning on again … it is very frustrating 😡 I love Sam Villa products!! I read all the reviews and since it is much lighter in weight than the older Sam Villa version I thought I would give it a go 👍 I have not regretted my decision!! Still do not understand the ionic use but love the dryer!!

Dries quickly

As a blow dry bar, we love how powerful this blow dryer is, one downside is that the metal plate that filters the air can get quite hot, sometimes damaging/melting the back of the blow dryer.

It was good but arrived broken. :(( looking forward to using it when we get the new one

I’ve always been a fan of the Sam villa blow dryer. I wanted to try the Artist series as it’s a little more powerful. Compared to the original, it’s a little bit heavier (as it’s a little more powerful) but not so much so to as I notice a huge difference. It is pretty loud though but works great!

We have very picky stylists at our blow dry bar. We’ve sampled every blow dryer on the market and this is by far their favorite. Same Villa is really great to work with on their warranty too. Couldn’t be happier! Customer for life!

Blow dries hair quick with a shiny finish!

It was slightly heavier and louder than my last SV Blow Dryer but has a longer heavier cord and more air. Love it.

Great quality beautiful design doe not dry out hair

Only used the hair dryer a handful of times but wow what a great hair dryer. My stylist recommended this hair dryer and he wasn’t wrong. Powerful, solid construction. We’ll see how it holds up, but feels solid.
