3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection system.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days.

4.2 Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

4.3 We only ship to addresses within Canada. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, providing proof of the defect or damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

5.2 All Electrical items will still come with the manufacturers warranty and will be valid for such period.

6.1 Our liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

6.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services.
