Warranty Policy
Kasho Shears come with a lifetime warranty to be free of manufacturing defects.
If it is believed that a shear has a manufacturing defect, and thus a possible warranty claim, please contact Oriac (email warranty@oriac.ca) for an RA number. The shears will be sent to a third party assessment facility for an independent assessment of whether, in fact, a warranty issue is present.
When the assessment is complete, (within 1 to 2 days of receipt by the assessor), the assessor will advise Oriac regarding the outcome of the assessment and Oriac will communicate this assessment accordingly.
If a warranty has been identified, a new pair of shears will be provided.
If the item is not under warranty, the end user can elect to have the shears repaired by Hello Scissor Co at a repair cost plus the cost of return shipping determined and agreed to between the end user and Hello Scissor Co.
Please note as well that failure to have your shears sharpened by the authorized sharpener for Canada, Hello Scissor Co, will void the warranty.
Satisfaction Guarantee
A customer, in purchasing a pair of Kasho shears, has a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee on the shears.
If, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, the end user is not satisfied with their shear, the end user can return the shear to their point of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required.
